There is a NeXML conversion of TreeBASE there also (http://code.google.com/p/dbhack1/source/browse/#svn/trunk/data/nexml/phylr-nexml%3Fstate%3Dclosed).  Because the conversion uses a "dialect" for expressing the TreeBASE metadata and therefore the conversion result won't officially validate (for supposedly only this reason), it is in a separate directory (phylr-nexml).

A directory data/nexml for a NeXML file store has been created on the Google Code dbhack1 svn repository: http://code.google.com/p/dbhack1/source/browse/#svn/trunk/data/nexml

More NeXML examples are found on the NeXML web site.
